Mangia Mangia - This wonderful pasta cafe in Old Town Key West serves fresh pasta in a quaint pleasant setting. The pasta is great of course because it's made right on the premesis, but that's only part of the equation. The sauces are divine- try Linguini with White Clam Sauce, one of our favorites. It's light but extremely tasty and fresh. If you want something that sticks to your ribs, in a more traditional style, try the Pollo al Quattro Formaggio. It will fill up even the most empty of stomaches and leave you satisfied for hours and hours. You just can't go wrong with fresh pasta, chicken, and four types of delicious cheeses.
Sit inside if it is hot outside. The wooden booths and cozy dark decor with modern paintings makes a rich and inviting atmosphere. You can watch the pasta being made at the open counter along one whole side of the restaurant. There is also garden or patio seating out back amidst lush tropical foliage. The wine list is impressive and the prices of entrees are reasonable. They are open just for dinner, starting at 5:30 and last orders are taken at 10 pm. |
